Today i focus on my product:PVC/PET/PP film laminating metal sheet with 1~10 colors.it is our new product used to instead traditional color oil print metal sheet.
1.Product structure:
----top surface:PVC/PET/PP/VCM film,1~10 colors,cold laminating without glue(the film thickness:0.01mm at least);
----base material:tinplate metal sheet or cheaper cold rolled metal sheet;
----back surface:non film laminating or PP/PET golden color film;
2.Proiduct advantages:
----More environmental protection:without any solvent and waste gas discharged,and the recycling rate of waste is 100%;
----More healthy:without any ink and adhesive and solvent;
----More stable:more anti rust than oil paint and more good adhesion;
----More bright and clean surface:non paint particles and color difference,more smooth;
----Good machining performance:deep impact wear resistance, not easy to damage in processing due to its smooth surface, lubrication, in the metal can processing more easily formed
----More cheaper:it is most important:it's base material only need cold rolled steel sheet,more cheaper than tinplate.low energy consumption and less materials;
----Delivery sooner:30% faster than ink print.

A:1 pure color to 10 colors;

----Q:is it safty to make food cans?
A:the film without Bis-phenol A and Phthalic acid ester,it had been approved by the FDA in USA:TFS/PP 130/60,dedicated to the inner wall of food cans.
